Rugby Rush

Rugby Rush Overview
Rugby Rush is the perfect way for kids to discover rugby in a fun, safe, engaging, and non-contact environment. Designed for both new and returning players, the program introduces skills through exciting games and activities that build confidence, teamwork, and a love for the sport. With trained coaches leading every session, kids will stay active, learn new skills, and have a blast with their friends.
Ages 5–7 (Birth years 2018-2020)
For our youngest players, Rugby Rush focuses on the basics through Rookie Rugby—a non-contact, game-based approach that uses fun activities to teach running, passing, and teamwork. Kids learn the game while staying active and building friendships in a supportive environment.
