Rugby Nova Scotia Equipment Rental Program
Bring rugby to your school without needing to purchase equipment. Our rental kits include rugby balls, flag belts, and can be customized to suit your school’s needs.
How it Works:
- Submit your rental request using the form below.
- A $75 refundable deposit is required before equipment can be released (cash, cheque, or EMT accepted).
- Kits can be delivered or picked up—fees apply and will be invoiced after booking.
This program is a simple, affordable way to run rugby sessions with your students. All equipment must be returned in good condition to receive your full deposit back.
What’s included in a Rookie Rugby Kit?
Each standard kit includes:
6 rugby balls (ball size based on grade level)
- Size 3: Recommended for Grades Pre-Primary to 2
- Size 4: Recommended for Grades 3 to 6
- Size 5: Recommended for Grades 7 to 12 (available upon request)
30 flag belts
- 15 sets of red flags
- 15 sets of blue flags
More balls or custom quantities can be added upon request.

A thrilling encounter saw the Roos come from behind to secure a crucial 1 point victory. Down by 12 points at halftime, captain Jake Morrison sparked the comeback with a brilliant individual goal in the late in the 3rd quarter. Young gun winger Tommy Chen sealed the win with a spectacular off-the-ground finish in the dying minutes. The defensive effort from Mike Stevens and Danny Walsh was outstanding, making crucial tackles when it mattered most.
