Each training group will have different schedules and different costs associated. There is no selection into training groups – sign up for what works best for you and your family. Details on each training group are below.
- Registration Opens: October 5st
- Registration Closes: TBD
- Program begins week of Nov 1st
- Program ends week of Dec 13th
- Registration is done through PlayHQ – you must have RUGBY CANADA INSURANCE for the 2026 season to register (if you played club or provincial this summer you are covered)
Who is this program for?
High school aged athletes who have some experience in rugby. Keltics Academy is not a “learn to play” program but rather a fundamental skill development program.
We combine introduction to strength & conditioning with weekly skill sessions that will focus on non-position specific skills (Run/Catch/Pass, Ball Out of Contact, Ball in Contact, Tackle & Tracking & Breakdown Skills) and weekly online development sessions with topics such as mental performance, nutrition, and how to be successful as a developing athlete.
