Beginner and Returning Athletes


Perfect for new athletes and returning players wanting to keep skills sharp in a fun, game-based environment.


Sessions focus on skill-building and learning the game, not just playing matches.

Beginners welcome, and returning players are encouraged to join in too!

Junior T1 Rugby

Birth Years: 2012-2017 | Divisions: U10, U12, U14  |  Co-ed

Returning Athletes Only (Eligible after completion of 2026 Rugby Rush OR other past rugby programming)


For athletes who have completed CoreT1 or who played U12 T1 Rugby with a club this summer.


This program is all about games, not learning basics. Join us for a weekly T1 Rugby game series—a chance to play, compete, and grow your skills.


T1 Rugby experience required (CoreT1 counts).

    You are enrolled in your correct age grade.

  • Am I eligible to register for Junior T1

    To be eligible for Junior T1 you must have experience in playing T1 rugby in past years. THis includes completing Rugby Rush in the weeks prior to the 2026 Junior T1 dates.

A thrilling encounter saw the Roos come from behind to secure a crucial 1 point victory. Down by 12 points at halftime, captain Jake Morrison sparked the comeback with a brilliant individual goal in the late in the 3rd quarter. Young gun winger Tommy Chen sealed the win with a spectacular off-the-ground finish in the dying minutes. The defensive effort from Mike Stevens and Danny Walsh was outstanding, making crucial tackles when it mattered most.
