Fall/Winter Youth Programs
Not sure which youth program is right for you?
Use our guide below to help you decide!

CoreT1
Ages: 11–15 | Co-ed
Sorry, this program has concluded for the 2025 season.
For players ready to learn the new non-contact T1 Rugby, now played at the junior high level. After CoreT1, you’ll be prepared to join Junior T1 Rugby.
Even if you played club rugby this summer, CoreT1 is still required. Club rugby is tackle; CoreT1 transitions you into off-season non-contact T1 Rugby with different laws.

Junior T1 Rugby
Ages: 10–15 | Co-ed
Program begins November 2nd, 2025.
For athletes who have completed CoreT1 or who played U12 T1 Rugby with a club this summer.
This program is all about games, not learning basics. Join us for a weekly T1 Rugby game series—a chance to play, compete, and grow your skills.
T1 Rugby experience required (CoreT1 counts).

Rugby Rush
Ages: 5–11 | Divisions: U8 & U12 | Co-ed
Program begins November 2nd, 2025.
Perfect for new athletes or players wanting to keep skills sharp in a fun, game-based environment.
Sessions focus on skill-building and learning the game, not just playing matches.
Beginners welcome, and returning players are encouraged to join in too!
